We will undertake a full review of your employment contracts to ensure they are compliant and fit for purpose for the specific needs of each employee type.

Our professional drafting department will provide you with guaranteed legally compliant contracts prepared by an experienced lawyer.

Employment & HR Policy Documents

With clearly defined policies and procedures everyone within the business understands the rules. The policies and procedures ensure a consistent approach to employment and HR matters and when the guidelines are followed, they significantly reduce the risk of a tribunal claim.

The Employment Law Handbook

Our guide to employment law is created by experienced employment lawyers and constantly updated as employment law changes. This guide contains the A – Z guide to employment law with your own bank of precedents.

The cost of amending the handbook is covered in the fixed fee regardless of how many updates are required and we will always inform you when changes have been made.

On Site Training

Our bespoke workshop format training programme is held at your premises twice a year and is key to reducing the risk of non compliance.

It is important to train those members of staff who have day to day personnel responsibility to ensure they act in a legally compliant manner.

Training is yet another way to reduce the risk of tribunal action.

We will provide basic employment law training followed by a legal update session to work in hand with your Forte package. Further topic specific training sessions are available on request from our extensive training portfolio.

Fixed Fee Tribunal Representation

Should you have the misfortune to be issued with a tribunal claim from a disgruntled employee, there are significant cost and time implications just to comply with timescales and orders.

We will take on this burden for you; dealing with the claim, drafting documentation and providing representation at the tribunal.

In the event of a claim, your legal costs are controlled and your business need not suffer during the completion of your tribunal arrangements.

Legal Expense Insurance

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a claim, it can be costly to defend and, should you lose, expensive to pay out any compensation awarded.

With our Legal Expense Indemnity Insurance – subject to the terms and conditions of your policy – any costs associated with the claim including any compensation payouts will be covered.
