Terms and Conditions of Business form the foundation of any good business.  They help to ensure that your customers are clear on how your business operates and, ‘well drafted’ terms and conditions can prevent problems before they even arise. Not having terms and conditions, or having badly drafted ones can leave your business exposed to unnecessary risk. 

We are running this free seminar to provide you with an overview of the key elements of good Terms and Conditions of Business.  Focusing on business to business transactions this seminar will consider:

1. Why correct, well drafted Terms and Conditions of Business are important
2. What should be included in terms and conditions and why
3. How and when the contract is formed
4. The ‘Battle of the Forms’ 
5. Internal procedures that could be adopted to help ensure a business adheres to its own terms and conditions

What is the timetable for the event?
Lunch and refreshments will be available from 12 noon and the presentations, followed by a question and answer session, will begin promptly at 12.30pm. The event will finish no later than 2pm.
