Alcohol Licensing

We can advise on any aspect of alcohol licensing ranging from an application for a licence, to defending prosecutions or enforcement actions by the local authorities or police. We regularly represent clients at licence application hearings, licensing reviews and appeals against licensing decisions.

• Alcohol licence applications of all types including; a premises licence, a club premises licence, a temporary event licence, personal licence and/or alterations to an existing premises or club premises licence
• Breach of conditions of a premises licence such as under age sales
