A standard contract can provide a useful, economical starting point for entering into an agreement with an end-user.  We can draft standard contracts that will establish your standard service offering drafted in such a way, that they will have the flexibility to accommodate special conditions relevant to a particular project.

In some circumstances however, projects are so large and complex that standard contracts are not suitable.  In such circumstances, we will assist in the negotiating of the terms of the contract and draft a bespoke agreement.
